The guys breakdown the chaos within the Dallas Cowboys organization after parting ways with former head coach Mike McCarthy, and Deion Sanders emerging as the latest name rumored. Jamie's Question of the Day asks which Big 12 programs will finish the year ahead of Texas Tech in basketball. With baseball around the corner, Jeff asks Jamie which of your top 3 returners from last year will help this team take the next step.

The guys predict what will happen with the Red Raider men's basketball team as they face BYU in Provo, and find out Texas Tech is the Big 12's richest athletics program. Chois' Question of the Day asks if you were asked to execute something in sports in order for your home country's dreams and success to become a reality between a free throw, penalty kick, 6 foot put, and 25 yard field goal. Jamie issues a statement saying the Red Raider Football team will not have a 1,000 yard receiver and running back in 2025. Is he right, wrong or crazy?
